EXCEPTION
                                                                                                                                                               1, Schools won't issue admission package for students who are advised to apply tourist visa. 
   Under this circumstance, students will get an e-offer to register.

2, A little longer time than the regular processing time will be needed if,
   (a) Schools may release admission result or admission package at a certain fixed time.  

   (b) Degree program applications needs verification under both the admission office and the department.
