It normally takes 7 to 10 working days for the admission office to process the application and to prepare the offering package with visa supporting document. They will send you the relevant files for registration via e-mail or post office. If you have not received a reply for more than 2 weeks, you can contact the customer service at admission@cucas.cn to solve the problem.
